Laura joined the Misura Group team in July 2023 as an Executive Recruiter. She comes with 25 years of talent acquisition experience from both agency and corporate settings across a wide variety of industries. Prior to Misura Group she led large recruitment teams at Fortune five hundred companies. She believes strongly in the role of the recruiter as a strategic, consultative partner to the business who impacts the P & L with the talent brought forth. She has a tremendous passion for matching the right candidate to the right opportunity, creating long-term success for both parties.
Laura enjoys the Minnesota lake life with her husband and son. She can be found most summer weekends on the St. Croix River enjoying the water with friends and family. She is a ferocious reader, avid card player and enthusiast of good wine.
