What you will need to be successful:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or sales
Proven ability to establish rapport, negotiate, and listen effectively
Best practices, processes, and systems mindset with capable organizational skills
Collaborative team culture perspective
Proficiency with technology including CRM or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and the Microsoft Suite
