We, as individuals, spend our lifetimes searching for the answer to the question: “Who am I?” For us, this is a critical question – not just because it’s at the core of what we do for others but it’s been at the core of our lives in a special way. We, Tony and Michele, are both adopted children and grew up with this question, and an uncommon ability to assist in the process for others. We believe this is at the core of our mission and brings a unique perspective to the work we do for our clients and candidates.

His favorite activity is grouse hunting in the upland woods with his English Setter, Jennings, the “greatest grouse hunting dog in the state.” He also enjoys fly fishing in the beautiful lakes and rivers in Western Wisconsin. “No such thing as awkward silence”
Michele has been with Misura Group since its start, having previously worked with Tony at Focus Executive Search. She started in the building materials industry at Andersen Windows. The combination of industry background and relationship building skills makes Michele a huge asset for our clients and candidates. Wearing many hats, she collaborates with the entire team to drive success in all areas, including business development, recruiting, and internal operations.
“The most rewarding aspect of recruiting is helping someone achieve greatness beyond what they thought they could on their own. Witnessing companies and professionals reach their goals. The best comment I have received, ‘it’s been like Christmas every day since I started here.”
Michele’s biggest motivation is to be someone her daughter can be proud of. Outside of work, she can be found traveling for fastpitch softball and enjoying time with her family. Her zen is her garden, and she generously shares with the rest of the team!
