The Opportunity
We are hiring a Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations at a growing distribution center. The role is suited for a hands-on leader who can improve processes, ensure safety, and manage frontline teams in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. This person will play a critical role in maintaining service standards, boosting efficiency, and supporting business growth. They are looking for operational leadership competencies and will train on their industry.
What you will bring to be successful
- 5 years operations, warehouse, and/or logistics experience in any industry
- Experience in overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring consistent execution of processes, efficient material flow, and high standards of quality and service with an eye on continuous improvement
- Visible leadership approach to frontline teams building a high- performance culture through daily engagement and accountability
- Proven success in promoting and enforcing a zero-compromise approach to workplace safety; proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ability to collaborate with sales and service teams to solve problems quickly and deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
