The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead our client's growth strategy. As the VP of Sales, you will attract, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, optimize sales performance, and build a culture of innovation and excellence.

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the building solutions sector, especially in installed sales to builders. Understanding of market dynamics, competition, and trends.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in creating and executing growth strategies that align with long-term company goals.
  • Organic Growth: Track record of driving significant organic growth using data, customer insights, and market opportunities.
  • Sales Leadership: Experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships internally and externally. Effective collaborator with clients, industry partners, and across departments.
