The Opportunity:
As the Regional Manager of the Atlantic states NY, PA, NJ, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington DC , you will be a steward and front-line contact for your team of Territory Managers and customers while developing a plan for growth and maintaining positive and profitable relationships. You will act primarily as a mentor and liaison to the Territory Managers and hold them accountable for achieving set company sales and growth goals. The right individual will have a strong dedication to building the company’s reputation, brand, and revenue.
What you will need to be successful:
- Proven history of success in a sales leadership role ideally within new markets
- History of developing and implementing go to market sales strategies
- Team Builder - Attracting, developing, and promoting Sales talent
- Highly analytical; able to leverage data and systems/processes (CRM)
- Ability to balance responsibilities of leading a team and developing fact driven business strategies
- Passion for increasing brand, market share and revenue
