The Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple branch locations. This is a customer-facing, senior leadership role responsible for full P&L oversight, sales and operations management, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of experience in a building products environment and has demonstrated success leading high-performing teams through periods of growth and transformation. The Regional Manager will lead a team of 50+ employees across sales, operations, and support functions, ensuring safety, service, and profitability standards are met or exceeded.

What you will bring to be successful

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience leading multiple locations in the building materials industry with a strong understanding of distribution and operations
  • Ability to lead with a “sales-first” mindset while ensuring operational efficiency. Provide oversight to the sales team to maintain elevated levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven success in driving financial results through your ability to influence the key levers of profitability and through your development and implementation of strategic plans
  • Experience in attracting, mentoring, developing, and retaining top talent. You should be able to demonstrate the ability—or potential—to be a strong “leader of leaders.”
  • A customer-centric approach that has allowed you to build and maintain strong customer relationships. You will have served as a visible and credible presence in the market, reinforcing a brand’s reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and partnership.
  • History of building strong internal and external relationships, working through a matrix environment to align goals and deliver business outcomes.
