The Opportunity:
They are hiring a hands-on Production Manager to lead their key manufacturing area. This role is suited for someone experienced in high-mix fabrication or assembly who can lead change, improve processes, and raise quality standards. You will manage daily operations, drive process improvements, and build a strong, effective team. Your leadership will directly impact product consistency, operational efficiency, and business performance.
What You will Need to be Successful:
- Proven manufacturing leadership experience in fabrication or assembly operations with high product variation
- A strong track record as a change agent, driving cultural and process improvements with measurable quality and efficiency gains
- Demonstrated success in attracting, developing, and promoting talent, with a focus on building strong production teams
- Deep understanding and practical application of Lean methodology and continuous improvement principles (Green Belt certification a plus)
- Strong safety leadership and a disciplined approach to operational excellence
