The Opportunity:


As the inaugural Outside Sales Representative (OSR) for this location, you will have unprecedented access to a wide array of existing accounts that are ripe for expansion. With ample room for professional advancement, the role presents an excellent opportunity for those seasoned in account management. As the OSR, success hinges not just on understanding but anticipating the builder’s needs, serving as a trusted consultant to deliver tangible value-added services and solutions.


What you will need to be successful:

  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of residential construction framing and materials

  • Strong account manager providing solutions, added value services, and fostering retention

  • Demonstrated ability to grow customer base through prospecting, estimating, quoting, and ongoing project management
