The Business:

We are partnering with an independent, full-service stocking distributor of quality building materials. Focused on the West Coast, they pride themselves on offering superior service coupled with integrity to independent lumber yard dealers. They are experiencing high growth and are looking for a Territory Manager to join their team.

 

The Opportunity:

As a Territory Manager for the Northern Bay area, you will inherit an existing business with approximately 25 established accounts. You will participate in a 6-month in-depth onboarding and training program to learn the business, products and client base. Once completed, your role will be to increase the breadth and depth of each client account through program creation, builder pull-through strategies, strong relationships, and acting as an extension to their business. You will also be developing new business through your understanding of the market and customers.

  • Exceptionally driven with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent relationship building and  communication skills 
  • Have a positive "solution-oriented" attitude who prioritizes growth
  • Passion and drive to excel in a sales
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • 2+ years customer facing sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
