The company’s $20M manufacturing facility is primed for substantial growth, and the Multi-Family Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving this success.

Position Overview:

The Multi-Family Business Development Manager will take a proactive, hunter-focused approach to expand the company's footprint within the multi-family construction sector. This role is centered on targeting and securing new business with general contractors involved in multi-family, student housing, affordable housing, assisted living, and hospitality, Leveraging a strong support partnership with a highly skilled internal estimating and project management team to support and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

With capacity for additional sales, this position offers significant career growth opportunities. The best candidate will leverage their expertise to develop new business, build strong relationships, and establish the company as the premier provider of high-quality products to multi-family space. As the multi-family division grows, this role has a direct path to building and leading a team of Business Development Managers.
