The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join a thriving organization at a pivotal time of growth and transformation. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for a driven, empathetic, and strategic HR professional who thrives on building HR capability, shaping culture, and elevating employee engagement. The right candidate will be energized by the opportunity to align people strategy with business objectives, using innovation, technology, and a strong operational foundation to drive long-term success.
What you will Need to be Successful:
- Passion for leading from the front to drive a People First Culture with high engagement
Serve as a nimble strategic business partner to the executive team, aligning HR strategy with company vision.
Build and scale core HR capabilities including talent acquisition/management, performance management, and training, ensuring long-term sustainability and impact.
Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver operational excellence while remaining hands-on and accessible to employees across all locations.
Leverage technology and process improvement to enhance the employee experience, drive efficiency, and ensure a strong culture for growth.
