The Opportunity:

We are actively seeking a Director of Customer Experience to ensure the customer experience is superior throughout the entire customer life journey. As an agent of change you will play a role in shaping and implementing customer experience strategy along with related technology and methodology. Reporting to the VP of Sales, your role will require a strong background in customer service/inside sales operations along with a passion for creating a consultative and service-oriented culture.

What you will need to be successful:

History of creating and driving a consultative and service-oriented culture
Operations experience which will allow you to maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the client’s systems and processes as a basis for a continuously innovated customer experience roadmap
Ability to partner with the management team to align customer service policies and systems with overarching company objectives.
Experience from the design to the execution all product, policy and competency trainings
Ability to develop, review and report out of all KPI’s related to the customer experience along with strong data analytics experience
Team builder- attracting, coaching and developing a high performing team
