Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
The Business:
Our client, a leader in new residential construction for over 40 years, operates across 10 Florida locations. They specialize in the distribution and installation of full MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) products. With $175 million in revenue and a 30% EBITDA, the company is on track to reach $300 million through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
The Opportunity:
As the first formal CHRO, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's future. As a key member of the executive team, you will lead the company’s HR organization: Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Safety, and Compliance functions. Leveraging your strategic leadership skills, you will develop and implement comprehensive HR programs and policies that support the company’s vision and goals, ensuring they are people-driven and strategically aligned, directly influencing the organization’s P&L.
What you will need to be successful:
Demonstrated expertise in establishing and restructuring HR organizations, with a strong emphasis on benefit program development across all Human Resource disciplines.
Proven history of developing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to attract and retain subcontractors, installers and technicians.
In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems and HR operations.
Experience navigating major metropolitan and second-tier markets, understanding the unique HR challenges of multiple regions.
