The Opportunity:
The Brand Manager will play a key role in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies to promote brands and products, ensuring alignment with company goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and external vendors, to create integrated multi-channel campaigns while maintaining consistent brand messaging. You will lead campaign strategy, influence decision-making at all levels, and drive product demand through pricing strategies, promotional planning, and product forecasting. A strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to streamline product offerings will be essential in staying ahead of market trends and competitors.
What you will need to be successful:
3-5 years of experience in brand management within a B2B manufacturing environment.
Strong business acumen with a proven track record of managing product portfolios using the 4 P's (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
Expertise in developing marketing strategies that leverage a brand’s unique selling proposition to drive growth and elevate brand presence.
Demonstrated success in leading the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results.
Ability to lead through influence, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and agencies.
A passion for continuous improvement and a data-driven, analytical approach to driving brand success.
