- Successfully implemented companywide purchasing SOPs and a pricing program using DMSi Agility, establishing customer pricing tiers and vendor pricing levels—resulting in a significant 3% increase in gross margins across all locations.
- Launched a Corporate Account initiative that catapulted division revenue from $4 million to $40 million in just three years. This was achieved by executing a targeted sales strategy across three existing locations, a new greenfield site, and revitalizing sales in a previously underperforming metro market.
